Am feeling incredibly inspired after last weekend’s Be Crafty workshop! Two years ago, my amazingly kind & talented friend Amanda and I began hosting these get-togethers as a way to meet new friends and share our love of handmade with others! We so enjoy rounding up projects and supplies and inviting girls to join us for stress & mess free creative time! At this workshop, we shared pretty wrapping and packaging projects just in time for the season of giving. I’m fairly certain that the only thing better than giving handmade is giving handmade gifts wrapped in lovely handmade wrappings!!
One of our favorite things to prepare for each workshop is creative name tags for all of our attendees. I came up with these little pins using sprigs of live greens, leaves cut from felt, and of course a little glitz. I want to make a whole bunch more to use as gift toppers! Below, take a peek at some of the completed projects!
I loved how these ruffle paper to-from tags came together! Adorable to from stamp from Inspire Lovely.
We filled the studio with festive greenery, sweet treats, supplies galore, and a group of really lovely women! I daresay this was our best workshop yet! Thanks everyone for joining us. If you’d like to join us at a future workshop, please check here and/or here for updates and dates!! (:
Everyone at the workshop got to take home a fabulous gift of goodies from all of our sponsors!
Fabric zippered pouch from Jenna Lou Designs
Holiday paperie from Christmas Collaborative
Embroidered felt ornaments from Sara Lintner
